These are brand new kayaks and still in the same wrapping materials as they arrived in from the factory. However they are Closeout Kayaks also known as Factory Seconds, hence the reduced price. 9 times out of 10 we can't even tell or see why they are Closeouts and they do still come with the manufacturers warranty. They are structurally sound, but at times may have small cosmetic imperfections. If there is concern please contact the seller.
