Wilderness Systems Rudder Kit For Pamlico 120, 140, 135T, 145T, 160T, Excel

Does this rudder kit include the attachment that would allow me the capability to use this rudder not only while paddling my Pamlico 135T kayak as a tandem paddler but also the ability to use this rudder as a solo paddler? Since this rudder appears to specifically be made for the Wilderness Systems Pamlico, I would guess it would function both as a tandem and solo rudder, but I would need confirmation as I am not sure and am a new owner of a like new Pamlico 135T that does not have a rudder, and I would like one that funtions when using the kayak as a tandem and/or as a solo kayak. Also, your ad makes me nervous as you state not all parts may be included. As a new owner of a Pamlico, I do not know either by your pictures if any parts are missing or not. For this reason alone, are you willing to negotiate your selling price in case parts are missing? Thank you. Lorie
