Two-Person Sit-On-Top Kayak That Is Great For Fishing Or Just Plain Paddling.

The kayak was purchased on Amazon in May 2017. The kayak is manufactured by the Brooklyn Kayak Company (BKC UH-TK181). It is a sit-on-top tandem kayak featuring 2 articulated fishing rod holders, four flush-mounted rod holders, two secure paddle rests, two storage compartments, a rear cargo area, eight scupper holes with plugs, and four carrying handles located at the front, back, and middle. No defects. The kayak is 12’ 5” long, 34” wide (in the middle), and weighs 68 lb.

It has a 440 lb load capacity. The rear sitting section has been modified to fit a swivel chair that makes sitting and fishing completely pain-free. Also, this elevated position makes entering and disembarking an absolute joy! Another unique feature of this particular kayak is that I have added a transom motor-mount! It is solidly attached to the very rear of the kayak and can comfortably hold a 55 lb electric motor.

It also comes with an 8-foot extension cord for a 12-volt battery. Just plug it in and play!!! The kayak comes with its two aluminum paddles, the folding swivel chair, the transom motor mount, and the 8-foot extension cord. Sorry, the trailer and motor shown in the photos are not included.
