It has been used on freshwater rivers and lakes and brackish waters of Cape Cod tidal rivers, but never in the ocean.I purchased it when I needed a larger cockpit area to allow my then small daughter to sit in front of me comfortably.She has grown into her own kayak now and I have returned to using my older, smaller kayak and no longer want to store this one. The kayak is in very good shape for its age with many years of life left in it.

There are cosmetic scratches along the bottom from pebbly or gravel beaches and scuffing on both sides from rubbing against other kayaks while being transported. The bottom scuffing is cosmetic only from normal use with no deep gouging. The Wilderness Systems cockpit console is in like new condition although the photos here are from online rather than the actual item. If you do not want it, let me know and I may be willing to accept a lower offer that does not include it. Sale is for local pickup only.
