Tandem Sit-inside Kayak. This 2-person kayak is a rugged, comfortable boat with molded, padded seats. Each seat has a holder for a water bottle and a tether for a paddle. The rudder is controlled by foot pedals and makes traveling easy with little need to synchronize paddling to control direction. It tracks well and you can see from the pictures there are no cracks, fissures or gouges on the hull.

It can be operated with two paddlers or, slide the forward seat to the middle of the boat to go solo. Included in the sale is the boat with two seats, a tow rope at the bow, two float bags for the bow and stern spaces to ensure a flipped boat stays afloat and can be easily righted. There is ample storage space in each area along with two bungee storage areas on the hull. There is a looped coil of line for towing or rescue. One inflatable seat back can be used for improved comfort or as a rescue float.

A mesh storage bag, a dry bag and two bailing cans are included. Paddles and personal flotation devices can be purchased separately. Also included, as seen in the pictures, are a two-piece splash skirt and a storage cover to keep squirrels and cats out of your boat when stored or over the winter. The skirt and cover come in their own waterproof bag. I also have a two piece transport rack that can be bolted to your roof rack that can be purchased cheaply, if desired, upon pick-up.

The boat is located on Staten Island, but I might be persuaded to meet at some halfway point if you live a considerable distance away.
