Kayaks - Custom Made Wooden Kayaks

FAST river/lake kayaks. These kayaks were designed for covering long distances very quickly on flat rivers or lakes. They are not whitewater kayaks. They are for use where you would use a typical canoe. These kayaks are much faster and easier to paddle than a canoe.

There are adjustable foot braces in the hull and your back is well supported to transfer your paddling energy much more efficiently than a canoe. Removable cushions can be used on seats. Both a double and single kayak available. Price: $1200 each. The kayaks are made from Okume Mahogany Plywood.

The sides and bottoms are 4mm. The decks are 3mm. The bottom has glass cloth interior and exterior. The sides and decks have glass cloth exterior only. All surfaces are epoxy coated.
