The Colorado is nimble enough to glide through rivers and inland waterways with very little effort, but robust and stable enough to tackle white water and rapids! It also converts perfectly between a tandem kayak and a single-seater, which gives you some options if you’re thinking of going solo some of the time. It’s extremely difficult to flip over and the raised bow makes for good defence against any choppy waves that would otherwise leave you a little wet. Despite its tremendous rigidity and strength, the whole kayak rolls into a neat integrated backpack that is more than manageable at just 16kg.The Colorado is one of the very latest creations to come from Sevylor. It has handles in the middle and at each end, so it’s even easier to carry by yourself if paddling alone. The kayak is made up of three separate chambers (inner tubes) made from thick PVC, and these are covered by a heavy-duty nylon skin, which comes in a sleek but highly visible yellow colour. The underneath of the kayak is stronger still with a dual skin made by Decitex®, which is nylon woven through PVC.

Not only does this mean protection against sharp rocks, shingle beaches and even fishing hooks, it also provides a smooth, waterproof surface to travel over the water.This Kayak features an attachable skeg and directional strake, which gives it incredible directional stability, just like a hard boat.
