The Sea Eagle Model 393RL is suitable for sea, lake and river. Sitting ‘on top’ means it is very safe and requires no special techniques for ‘self rescue’. BUT DO wear a life jacket. The following accessories are included in the final price: HAND PUMP supplied. PUNCTURE OUTFIT supplied.
