Sea Eagle Explorer 420X Inflatable Kayak. Low starting price with no reserve. Near new (bought July 2022), used 3 times only, so in near new condition and a bargain for anyone interested!! Seats 1-2 (rated for up to 3 - approved for over 380kg!), comes with 2 premium high back seats, double action high pressure hand pump, carry case but no paddles. It’s a top end inflatable, not a ‘toy’ kayak, and can handle ocean and rapids.

Very tough, and many rate this the most versatile kayak you can buy (Google the model!). This spec model is £1,525 but I’m selling this with no paddles, so value is around £1,300 to go and buy new (i.e. About £200 for 2 decent paddles). I’d rate it as follows:- Stability 10/10 - really stable, can load over 380kg. We’ve had 2 adults + a teenager wondering all round the kayak as we paddle, rock solid!

High pressure drop stitch floor is like a hard kayak. If you’ve never kayaked before this is easy! Ease of use 10/10 - 3 chambers, one pump, super fast set up and fold down. Drains well (has loads drain plugs for whitewater - 16!!), and very, very strong! Tracking 8/10 - decent, but flat bottomed with large rear fin.

In calm conditions easy, with side wind does need some work due to high side / flat bottom, but that’s what makes it so stable… Speed 7/10 - not a fast kayak, but moves along nicely with 2. We’ve tackled a 20+ mph headwind with chop just fine, and each paddle has been around 10 miles long. Ideal ‘do it all’ cruiser for sightseeing, camping, even fishing or just ultra stable family fun!! Packs down pretty well (80x55x30cm ish), fits easily in an average car boot! Only selling as despite my best efforts, the sea is not the place for my partner, so getting a smaller solo kayak instead….. It’s about 25kg so collection preferred as postage is expensive for such a large / heavy item, but will be boxed up to post if needed.
