Boat Type: Kayak
Pyranha Fusion Kayak - With Connect 30 Seat Option, lightweight paddle and spraydeck. All you need is water and your ready to go. Pyrahna Fusion in lovely blue white and green (colours sold it to me the first place) Cross over kayak auditable for pretty much everything you could think of. Paddle up the river, deploy the skeg and get out in the sea, or have a go at some white water. This kayak will do it all.
-I’m guessing the S means small? - not sure what’s small about it I’m 5’9 and fit nicely.bot length is 297cm so fits inside a normal can (goes in my transit custom on the angle). Not to heavy either so easy to carry to the water. -Deployable skeg that nicely tucks away and can be controlled whilst paddling! -Sealed rear bulkhead for storage, also less water to empty and somewhere to store clothes and anything else.
-Comes with the Connect 30 seating (very comfortable). -Pictures show it’s in great condition Buying first home means this needs to go ☹️ I purchased this Kayak about 2 months before relocating work and lost the whole summer moving machines so didn’t get to use it. Luckily it looks smart so made quite a good piece of garage art! Since then I’ve managed about 5 pool sessions and it’s been on the river about 10 - 15 times. Always washed and rinsed after every use (easy to do when you don’t go out much haha) Bringing it in and out the river I’ve managed to at least make it look like I’d used it rather than it’s more permanent garage ornament role.
As the pictures show beyond me putting it in and out the river and bumping into a wall turning round after dropping my water bottle (funny to watch I was told) that’s as far as signs of wear and tear go. The connect seat system is really nice and comfortable with hip support aswell. Even added some foam to make it even more luxurious. Paddles effortlessly and with the skeg down at the rear you look like an instant pro going in a nice straight line. (Useful when first starting out).
I learnt to roll in this kayak and it’s very forgiving, easy to get back up the way you want to be but also very stable so takes some effort to go over! Collection from Worcester (Pershore to be exact WR10 ). I’d love to keep it as it’s a nice looking boat and lovely to paddle but the telling off id get for keeping it would not be worth the joy of looking at it in the garage or rare time I paddle. Buyer to pay within 24 hours of auction end.
