Perception Vista 2 Man Touring Kayak, Red

Perception Vista 2 man touring kayak. Bought new by a friend in about 2005, it was so good I bought it off him when he no longer wanted it. Very well made and a good design. It’s quite long so it’s fast and it also tracks really well. It’s made of polypropylene and although there are quite a lot of scratches and scuffs, see photos, but it is still completely sound and will last indefinitely.

There is only one paddle, a Carlisle Magic and that is more recent than the actual kayak, probably about 2012. At the stern there is a waterproof locker which is also like a buoyancy tank. There are footpegs for bracing yourself while paddling. We have mainly used the kayak on the River Dart with just myself paddling in the rear seat and my wife bird watching etc in the front. It works very well like that and also good with children in the front.

Collection only from South Devon, can go on the roof but needs to be a good roof rack ideally on an estate or SUV.
