PERCEPTION Sea Lion Shadow 16.5', made with Kevlar Composite Sea/Touring Kayak. Condition is Used. Local pickup only. 2004 Sea Lion Shadow Sea/Touring Kayak. Incredible big water/or flatwater sea/touring kayak.

Purchased new in 2004, always stored indoors, but used outdoors! Boat is in excellent condition, has only a few minor scratches in gel coat, Some of the shock cord is stretched and may need to be replaced in a couple of years. Includes dry hatch covers and seals, skirt and cockpit cover. This is an almost new 15 year old boat. Almost perfect condition.

According to Perception weight is 46lbs. We had boat built with bulkheads to keep dry hatches dry and with rudder and all deck rigging. That adds a few additional pounds. Hull is made of Kevlar with a gel coat finish all around which protects the Kevlar from sun and scratches. Cockpit is 37.5" x 18.25", Boat width is 22".

This was my wife's boat (I had the Eclipse). I am 6', 195lbs and the Sea Lion is a bit tight for me. She is 5' 6" 140 lbs and the boat fit her great.
