This is a great kayak for long or short trips alike. It's very roomy and comfortable for the longer trips. Plenty of dry storage with the bulkheads and plenty of extra room on top for additional storage if needed. The flotation bulkheads keep the Carolina II 17.5 Tandem Kayak at the surface in an unlikely rollover.

The rudder is great for making sharper turns if needed. The Carolina II's wide beam keeps this boat very stable stable sturdy and is pretty fast for a kayak this size. The kayak has adjustable footbraces to the right length for your legs and tighten the band on the back of the padded Thermoform seat. The kayak has some scratches from normal use as in pictures. Kayak includes (2) Seals Cockpit seal 1.7 covers, an Aquaterra Bilge pump and a navigation compass ball.
