The pedals are in excellent shape. Bought ins July 2021 and kept in a garage not on the kayak unless in use. They were cleaned after every fishing trip. They do not need to be lubricated, but I put a small amount to keep the drive smooth. The pedals themselves are in great condition and still have the foot straps(which are all still in great condition). My kayak was lost in IAN and could not find just a hull. Thank you
