If it turns out you can find more, then I stand corrected. This is a friend’s kayak and I am selling it on his behalf.

I actually learnt to paddle in this very kayak, I was 66 years old at the time, disabled and with balance issues and paddled it for six hours that day. I am 6 foot tall with 34 inch inside legs and i fit into it just fine. The hull shape is stable, fast, and easy to maneuver. Great for exploring flat water, ponds, lakes, rivers, and gently rolling waves. Perfect for beginners to intermediate paddlers.

The large cockpit allows for easy entry and exit and behind the seat backrest there is storage space for your day’s kit or lunch. Solo paddlers will appreciate the Otter’s light weight, making it easy to lift onto your car roof bars and carry. It has an adjustable seat back and loads of leg room. It does have the usual river gravel rash from launching but nothing major and it paddles really well. The Old Town Otter kayak offers no surprises on the water, owing to its stable, flat bottom and symmetrical hull design.

Its lines are everything you’d expect in a kayak, a pointed bow and stern with low profile to minimize exposure to winds, front and back decks for seaworthiness, as well as a large cockpit for easy entry and exit. The bow widens quickly to its 28.5 inch maximum width, offering reassuring stability, the bow and stern are both low profile and close to the water, making the Old Town Otter easier to handle in winds. Shorter kayaks are always more maneuverable than long ones, and the compact, 9.5 foot Old Town Otter is easy to turn and handle.
