Ocean Kayak Sit On Top Battery Motorised Fishing Kayak

Here we have my Ocean Kayak Trident 13 fishing kayak.Unfortunately, I'm selling due to lack of time and too many hobbies. Firstly you will already have noticed that a trolling motor is mounted at the rear.This can all be controlled from the sitting position.The motor has 5 forward and 3 reverse speeds, I have also incorporated a kill switch to stop the motor should you capsize.There is also a 50 Amp trip under the controls to protect the electrics from overload. The motor can be retracted once in shallow water or when launching and landing on the beach. At the bow there is a secure area for the battery (Note:not included). This allows for the even distribution of weight.

The motor can also control the direction of the kayak using the foot peddles. Included with the kayak is a fish finder with GPS, Hummingbird 385ci. This was working, but I have reduced the transponder cable in an attempt to reduce weight but not had chance to check my handy work yet so can not guarantee it will work correctly. There are also 3 air bags for flotation, and I have installed two anchor trollies running full length of the kayak on both sides. Also included: a Carlisle glass fibre paddle and a skwooch padded seat which wasn't cheap, there is also the usual rod mounts and two RAM mount tube rod holders.

The kayak is in good condition with the usual landing scratches and marks. Just for information the motor can be removed for easier transportation, just leaving the part circle bracket on the back.Also I have a spare 4" portal to cover the cable entry hole in the rear should you choose to use the kayak with out the motor. Sorry forgot about this, I have a spare prop and motor assembly. It would require the cables soldering but I will explain this to who ever buys this kayak.
