Inside measures 9 5/16" x 16 5/8" , very thick rubber, 3/8" thick sides and weights 2#5oz. This inside dimension is what really matters as it has to fit tight over your hatch. Outside is not important at all however that is how all are listed. So please pay attention to this inside dimension.
