Designed for one person, the GoSea Vortex is both comfortable and stable . The excellent hull design makes it suitable for either playing in the surf or for paddling down the river. Our own tests found that the GoSea Vortex is easy to paddle and extremely manoeuvrable, tracking well in a straight line, with a good amount of glide for this type of kayak.

Although the GoSea Vortex will happily take an adult up to approximately 95kg (approx 14 stone), it is also an excellent sit-on-top option for junior paddlers due to the ease of steering and light manoeuvrability. Ideal if you want one kayak which all the family can get out on and have fun. The GoSea Vortex has 2 storage hatches (one with a water-resistant liner) with easy access. There is a further good sized storage area at the stern suitable for larger items, which can be secured by the integral bungees and is ideal for packing a day's worth of essential items. The GoSea Vortex also includes handles for easy carrying and a number of securing brackets for the fitting of a seat of your choice and other accessories.
