Sea Kayak - Viking Model From Kajak Sport

A fantastic, nimble and fast sea kayak made by KajakSport, this is the Viking model.Details on the website here:http://www.gokajaksport.com/viking-expedition1.html I have paddled this a handful of times and had some great fun in it. I have surfed the swellies and had some fun in the smaller tide races on Anglesey, as well as blasts up and down the Menai Straits and some general day tours. I also completed 3*Sea Kayak award in it with ease. However, I have found that I am a little too long in the leg for the size of the cockpit, Im 5'11" and although I can get my legs in after capsize drill its a bit of a struggle, so I would suggest this kayak would suit a smaller paddler than me! So Im only selling it for this reason, apart from that it's a lovely honest kayak, (not a battered heavy wreck like some of the old kayaks you see going for very silly prices!) Kayak has brand new deck lines, all the compartments are water tight with Kayaksport covers and has and Keeleazy strip added on the hull to protect it.It does have a few shallow stuffs to the gelcoat on the hull, and some scuffs on the deck.

Kayak has an adjustable seat and back rest, plus adjustable footpegs and also has a footplate mounted foot pump which works very well. I will also throw in a Reed Splash deck that fits it perfectly, - its medium waist slalom one. Cost me about £65.00 late last year, pretty much brand new.
