Boat Type: Kayak
P & H Revenge Kayaks. These kayaks are part of a clear out at Midland Canoe Club at Darley Abbey near Derby, we need more space after having some new kit so these kayaks have to go. They are all different states of condition, there are nine of these Revenges in total, 7 red ones, 1 black one and 1 yellow one. One of the red ones has a back sling fitted but the others have not, some have thigh grips but some have them missing, though paddling without them is not an issue or buy new ones and fitting them is an easy job, the rubber bumpers are in varying condition so you could leave as they are, purchase new ones or manage without. Because of the varying conditions they are all priced low to sell at £50 each and it is a very cheap way to get onto the water for this season.
It is first come, first to pick through them and choose the one you want. They are bought as seen which is a condition of sale with no returns These Revenge Kayaks have been used in the leisure centre pool mainly but with some river use and have been used for water polo they are in varying condition but some TLC would not go amiss on these kayaks. Very manoeuvrable, stable and light to carry at just 14kgs. The Revenge PE is a high performance polyethylene polo kayak designed using the extremely successful composite versions as a blueprint. Made from the same materials as Pyranha WW models for a hardwearing and durable kayak, ideal for clubs and those individuals just starting out.

We have had a question sent in about “are these kayaks watertight” so I contacted our equipment officer and his response was. “ As far as we are aware the craft have been mostly used in the pool, so unlikely to have suffered serious scrapes and gashes from river use, and, whilst not closely inspected, we are not aware of any splits or holes. Some bolts may require tightening or sealing. However, these are sold without any guarantees of condition. You are welcome to, and should examine before sale, and, as advertised, choose which craft to purchase out of those remaining.”
