P&h Capella Sea Kayak 160

P&H Capella 160 Sea Kayak We used to sea kayak a lot before the pandemic but we haven't since. So it's time to let someone else enjoy this boat. This sea kayak is a triple layer polyethylene construction, which was built by P&H before they sold the Capella name to Venture kayaks. There are three hatches - one 9.5” hatch at the bow, a 7.5” click on day hatch and a 16”x9” hatch at the stern. It's got deck rigging from bow to stern and bungees right in front of the cockpit.

We have made a repair to one of the notches on the bow, which you can see on the right hand side. It also has a bilge pump right in front of the cockpit. We store the bilge arm under the bungees in front of the cockpit for easy access. The skeg rope needs to be repaired. The skeg does release but it needs to be tightened or replaced.

It also has the usual scratches from being dragged in and out of the sea. Collection only from the Barry area of south Wales. Delivery can be arranged for a small fee along the M4 corridor between Swansea and Newport.
