Nigel Dennis Ndk Romany Classic Sea Kayak + Lendal Sea Paddles +Nookie Spraydeck

*** Please see my other listing if you are just interested in the Kayak and not the rest of the kit**** I have finally decided to sell my Romany Classic Sea Kayak which I have owned from new and looked after very carefully.; it hasn't been used over the past few years since moving away from the coast and it needs a new home. I am selling all of my sea kayaking kit as a job lot so this would be ideal for someone getting into the activity or wanting to progress from a plastic craft. Please look at the photos for an idea of the condition of the items. The Romany Sea Kayak is used and has the usual cosmetic marks and dings that you would expect from a used but well looked after boat. I used this kayak to get my Level 3 Sea Coach and I did my 5* training in it too, a very versatile craft, it has been paddled in some of the most demanding coastal waters Wales has to offer.

The kayak works perfectly as a day boat and for multi-day expeditions. The kayak comes fitted with a Silva type 70 deck (bulkhead) mounted compass, the original retractable skeg, deck notes and a self-fitted fibre glass sealed (under deck) quick release tow system. I have just purchased and had delivered a brand new replacement valley day hatch cover as I noticed the old one was splitting (seems to be a common problem with their hatches), the larger NDK covers are in perfect condition! The seat has been padded out to make it a bit more comfortable and there are home-made hip rests in situ which can be removed or cut away if you need some more space. The kayak has adjustable peg ladder footrest making It easy to find the correct fit and stretch your legs when required.

As you can see that is most of the kit you will need to get you on the water, apart from your own personal paddling gear! And when new adds up to a fair chunk of money. All this kit is in good condition.
