Up for your consideration is this single person Klepper Aerius Folding Kayak. This is a quality made folding kayak, made in Germany. This is 2 of 2 that we picked up at a local estate auction (so we have not personally used them) for resale. It has a mount for a sail (not included) and comes with all the accessories (2 paddles, carrying bags, life jackets and 4 rolls of repair tape.
