Klepper Aerius 2 Folding Kayak

LOCAL PICKUP ONLY Klepper Aerius 2 Folding Kayak with newer Skin by Long Haul Folding KayaksThis 17' 2 person folding kayak folds down and can be easily stored in a closet and carried in the back of most cars.It was made in the late 70's or early 80's. I bought it from the original owner and restored it.All wooded parts were sanded down and re-varnished with marine varnish.The seat bottoms were replaced with the newer black ones.The older clamps that hold the ribs to the rods were all replaced with the newer Klepper partThe rear boomarang part of the combing was replaced.The skin was made by hand in Colorado by Long Haul Folding Kayaks. They used to the authorized Klepper repair center in the USA. In my opinion this skin is superior to the original Klepper made skin.The hull has 2 keep strips for extra protection as well as expedition bungee cords on the front and back as well as paddle straps on the sides. Includes 4 original Klepper paddles with new drip guards and rear rudder, foot controls and cables.
