This kayak is new. It has never been in the water. I took it out of the box to blow it up and confirm that it still holds air. Package Includes: 1. Mesh Carry Bag 2.

Repair Kit 3. Owner's Manual 4. Inflatable Seat 5. Military valve adapter for pump (actual pump sold separately) Paddles and pumps are not included in the original package. The only issue that I see is that the tube used to inflate the floor is bent and will likely need to be reinforced in the future.
