For products considered "Dead on Arrival (or DOA)," "Incorrectly Shipped," or "Damaged in Transit," you must return any such products to Bianca's of Strawberry Hills by or before seven (7) days of receiving the product. How to Make a Warranty Claim Follow these guidelines to make a warranty claim: If a manufacturer's warranty card came with your product, follow the directions on this card to directly contact the manufacturer to make a claim or for technical troubleshooting and assistance. We will then process your claim to determine the nature of the fault. In most cases, Australia Post will be the return carrier and you will be required to drop off the item at your local post office, but we reserve the right to choose another carrier for the return. Warranty Exclusions In jurisdictions where permitted by law, products used for commercial purposes are not covered by warranty.
Only products used for personal and private use are covered by warranty. In jurisdictions where permitted by law, Biancas of Strawberry Hills cannot be held liable for any loss (including consequential and indirect losses) related to any use of a product other than that for which it was expressly designed. Products which have not been properly operated, installed, and/or maintained according to included instructions are not covered by warranty and cannot be replaced or refunded. We cannot accept any items returned without an RA number. We must receive a return with RA number by or before fourteen (30) days from the issuance of the RA number. If a faulty returned item is tested and revealed to be without fault and not "Dead on Arrival," Bianca's of Strawberry Hills must charge the buyer/returner a mandatory $25 administrative service fee.
Buyer/returner is then responsible for all postage fees associated with the return of the item to them. We cannot entertain exceptions. Items must be in original packaging, in "new" condition and not used, with original accessories, and in a condition for resale to be accepted for return, refund, or exchange. Any failure to obtain a proper Return Authorization (RA) number and/or failure to abide by all return sending instructions can result in our refusal to accept your return, and all return options being rendered void. In the case of a return deemed void, only a same item exchange, at customer expense, can be offered.
Returns can also be made void for the following reasons: failure to return item in original packaging, damaged parts or packaging, failure to return item with original accessories (including packaging and user manuals/paperwork), and failure to provide sufficient protective packaging for transport, such that the item arrives to us in a damaged condition. You should allow fifteen (15) business days for all RA item processing and testing, counted from the day we receive your return. Bianca's of Strawberry Hills will email you once this process is complete. In rare cases, we can only refund you in the same amount of what we received for the particular transaction. This refund amount is calculated by subtracting Bianca's of Strawberry Hills classifieds board fees from the total classifieds board item purchase price (which excludes postage).
We cannot refund or reimburse you for any postage fees you incur with your return transaction. We cannot entertain exceptions. In rare cases, incorrect delivery of items may occur. In this unlikely event, the customer will be required to return the incorrectly shipped item back to us before any replacement item will be organised. Bianca's of Strawberry Hills uses business couriers. Under our agreement with these couriers, weekend and after hours pickups cannot be arranged. In addition, for items over 40kg, the buyer must ensure that an able bodied individual is able to assist the driver with the delivery of the item.
