It has the indentation and patched hole on the rear back lower section of the kayak.

My suggestion would be to redo the small hole section again using possibly JB Weld or other like type components, or the you tube videos for plastic kayak repair for added security. The kayak was recently tested in the water for 1 hour and had no issues. The kayak has normal wear with scuffing and scratches.
