Brand new, never been unpacked, complete with all components still in sealed plastic bags. Inflating pump included. The zipped carrying bag is plenty big enough to pack the deflated components which can then be slid into the cardboard box. The bag is a generous size so you so don't have to squeeze every inch of air out and fight to get it back in the bag. The paddles are sturdy and a good length. The seat in the Kayak is comfortable and provides good support. The only thing I found was that the wedge for the tip of the kayak wasn't quite long enough so I still couldn't reach and push against with my feet, but this is my height issue, not an issue with the kayak. I found just rolling a towel and adding to the tip helped a lot.
