It features two Vantage CTi, graphite mesh seats. This kayak folds down to fit into a storage bag and can fit in the trunk of most cars. With a 550 lb weight capacity, this tandem kayak can take two paddlers with plenty of room for comfort. The i14t features a switchable steering handle that can either be placed on the right or left side of the handle.

Outstanding. Assembly is fairly easy (good instructions). You will need a Phillips head screw driver and wrench for the initial assembly, but no tools after that. The hand pump works well. It only took about 10-12 minutes to fully inflate.

Operating the drive system is easy and requires little effort. The kayak moves very smoothly and is very quiet. I covered a fairly good distance in a short period of time. Getting the kayak out of the water was also easy. It deflated quickly and we let it dry by our car.

I would recommend taking a beach towel to aid the drying process. Read the instructions carefully the first time you fold the kayak. It is much easier the second time. Pedaling the kayak was really fun. Hobie builds a great product.
