This kayak can be fitted with a sail kit, and or rudder. This kayak has only been in flatwater 3 times since I purchased it new., and can be fitted with a rudder and or a sail kit and was from the very last production run of Folbots. These boats cost a great deal when purchased new and this boat is not only like new but has very expensive upgrades bringing the cost up. These are very serious kayaks and not at all like the plastic kayaks obtained everywhere for practically nothing. These boats are light and nimble and will get you through the toughest waters nature will throw your way.

They are also not tippy. IN forty to fifty years after you, your children and your children's children have had numerous adventures in this kayak, it will still be a great kayak.Even if somewhere along the way, someone actually puts a branch or something through the skin, it will be easily patched by you instead of someone looking for enormous sums of money to repair. Did we mention there is also a patch kit although having had at least 6 Folbots in my life, I have never put a hole in any of them. This is also advertised elsewhere and will be deleted on this site when and if sold elsewhere. It may be a long time untill one of these comes up again.

Us Folbot lovers tend to hold onto our boats because we finally got the pinacle of kayaks. I am old and my body has been breaking down to the point that kayaking is no longer possible for me.
