Kayak Folbot Cooper

High end folding kayak with built in flotation, bought new in 2015 for $2000. Only been in the water 5 times. Still looks new. Because it resides in it's own bag it never gathers fading or wear from outdoor storage. It can be taken on the train, bus, airlines or in the trunk of most cars.

I assembles in about 15 minutes once you get used to doing it. It goes together with both number and alfabetic codes so it is pretty foolproof. It has a comfortable seat and adjustable footpegs. Storage abounds under the foredeck and stern. You just unzip the deck and put your things or drybags inside.

It is 16'6" long and will carry anyone up to at least 250lbs. Both beginner and seasoned paddlers will have no trouble using this kayak. I am including the original two peice paddle, the bag which doubles as a backpack and you will get a PFD. This is the way to own a sea kayak without having to buy a truck and end up with a long kayak in your yard or garage. It is also rudder ready.

You will need to pick up in person as the shipping would be very expensive. This was in the last run of kayaks that FOLBOT built before they closed their doors for good after making these kayaks since 1933. It is the finest example of folding kayak they ever made. It is super durable and safe.
