This popular kayak builds on all of the best aspects of the Aleut but features a larger cockpit and additional safe-weight capacity. The Yukon accommodates a 6' 4", 250-pound paddler with ease, but the seat adjusts for a smaller paddler who wants to be able to carry lots of gear.

Assembly is quick because of its three-frame construction and the capacity-to-weight ratio cannot be beaten. The Yukon tracks like a 16-foot boat and its initial and secondary stability are amazing. The Yukon is at home oceans, lakes and flat-water rivers. All materials can be expected to give years of trouble-free performance. The fore and aft decks are short enough to provide easy gear access without zippers.

The Yukon comes in two bags, evenly dividing the modest weight, complete with safety bladders.Its 13' long with a 30" beam and weighs 42 pounds. It has a 300 lb. capacity. Plenty of capacity for extended trips, I had no problems getting a small tent, sleeping bag, and other assorted gear in the kayak. Boat is very stable I've used in rivers and the ocean. The boats in excellent condition.

It is Green and Black. It packs into two bagsThe bonded outside rubber bumpers run the length of each longeron and was ordered this way. If you hit a rock or abrasive spot, it will not pinch the hull rubber between the rock and longeron, so no scrapes. All rivets are tight, the side sponsons were replaced last year. As an example, I shipped to Spain 6 months ago for $405.00. But it did get there in perfect shape. This Kayak was 2350.00 with the bonded ribs, has been kept clean, stored inside assembled so no permanent folds in the skin.
