The Stratos 14.5 is one of Daggers modern touring boats, designed primarily as an ocean going boat, although it is equally at home touring on inland waterways- gently moving rivers, canals, lakes and reservoirs. However, where the Stratos comes into its own is when conditions get rougher and paddling a boat that can handle larger waves and swell becomes necessary. Combining a slicey bow profile with a strong hull rocker, the Stratos cuts through chop with ease and makes it a highly manoeuvrable boat for its length.

With a flattened section on the hull under the seating position, the Stratos is super stable when surfing waves and ocean swell. A forgiving boat, the Stratos can also be paddled by beginners looking for a boat to progress forwards in and not have to replace down the line, as new skills and techniques are learnt. The stability for surfing also gives stability on calmer waters, inspiring confidence in relatively inexperienced paddlers. With two watertight storage hatches, the Stratos can also be packed for overnight camping trips with ease. Comfort wise, the Stratos standard outfitting is set at a high level and quality.
