Dagger Jitsu 5.5 Playboat Kayak With Seals Randed Spraydeck

For sale, used Dagger Jitsu 5.5 junior playboat in blue, including Seals 'Pro-Rand' spraydeck. I’m selling my son’s Jitsu as he has now outgrown it. This boat is the 5.5 size and has the Dagger ‘River’ outfitting with adjustable seat and bottle holder, and includes the original bag of bits of foam for getting the perfect fit for hips and feet. Includes air bags in the stern of the boat. The boat has always been stored in a dark garage, so there is no sun damage and the colour is still bright.

Has the usual scratches, there is a small dent on the underside opposite the seat but there are no splits and the boat has never been welded. Please see photos for more information. Includes a 'made in the USA' Seals 'Pro-Rand' size 1.4 spraydeck - this spraydeck has a rubber rand instead of the more usual bungee and has much improved water sealing as a result. Some notes about size suitability: This boat belonged to my eldest son, he paddled it at least until he was 15, by which time he used it without a foot block and would sometimes have to get his legs out just to allow the blood to flow back to his toes. (He was reluctant to get a bigger boat until he had no choice).

I would estimate he was around 175cm tall when it became too small. My youngest son is 12 years old and 165cm tall, we just checked, and he fits the boat well with legroom to spare. Unfortunately he is not interested in playboating! Collection only from Patchway, Bristol. Thanks for looking.
