Dagger Blackwater 10.5 Touring Used Kayak Blue/turquiose

This is a blue mix colour , the brand was Dagger and model is the Blackwater 10.5 which was a very popular entry level touring kayak suited for pretty much any size paddler. This model is still made and sold as Islander Jive . This was the club spec so the hatch moulding is there , but not cut out and fitted. The seat is a combined seat pad and backrest, there are sliding adjustable footrests and foam buoyancy. I measured at 323cm long and at under 20kg, which agrees with length in name.

This design has a slightly larger cockpit and needs size 6 spraydeck. There is a lot of leg room so I have seen kids and adults up to 17 stone paddlers in one of these. This is a tourer so goes in a straight line, then if you drop the skeg it locks that line in . The drp down skeg helps especially on more open water as it stops the boat being turned by the wind. The skeg itself is metal and drops down from its own weight, however the string you use to pull up and down does need replacing regularly.

At moment I have some used paddles at £10 as well I can deliver locally in Essex and Suffolk by my van for free. Further afield this kayak has to go on my van or you may be able to find a courier on shipley. Also I travel on business so in February I am going to Derby and Uckfield could poss meet or deliver on those trips,
