Dagger Blackwater 10.5 Kayak Canoe. Blue / white, complete with spraydeck and paddle. 10' 6" / 3.2m long approximately. The paddle's tube is black-anodised alloy, with white plastic blades (approximately 7' long). There are stoppers to prevent water running down into your lap.

These kayaks are of rotomoulded polyethylene, and this one has seen quite hard service. We got her from a boat hire company on a local river, and so there are numerous scuffs and scores, particularly under the bow, as you might expect, but they don't significantly detract from her performance for beach etc use. She has been stowed in a boat-shed for many years, and is not too badly faded at all. The (adjustable) seat back cloth is well-worn but remains quite useable. The adjustable foot-rests are secure, so far as I can tell.

The pull-down aluminium alloy stern fin works. The aft-deck hatch to the stowage space is water-tight, and the shock-cords for kit on the foredeck are intact. The paddle is in good condition, as is the red spraydeck, whose shock-cord remains good and tight. We used to have fun with this kayak in the bay, and I can get her onto a Passat's roof-rack unaided for going further afield. I tie it down inverted with a couple of straps.

It does not need any special brackets to hold it in place. It has not had much use over the past few years. This is for collection only, but I will be happy to deliver it up to around 10 miles from Wareham, Dorset
