Paid $3000 for this brand new fiberglass kayak. It has only been used once for a total time of less than 2 hours on the open water. It cuts through the water beautifully, but I have since figured out that I am not an open water guy. This top-of-the-line high end kayak is absolutely perfect for anyone that is interested in open water kayaking! It looks stunning on a car rack and out on the open water.

This is a low volume British-style sea kayak scaled down version of the highly successful Gulfstream . At 16' long and 22" wide, this sleek boat performs best with a paddler under 170 lbs. The nicely detailed cockpit and seating area, along with the low stern deck, allows the paddler easy, safe movement and control when performing rolls or advanced maneuvers. It is outfitted with a retractable skeg, which gives the kayak stiffer tracking when deployed.

The skeg can simply be lifted to allow quick and easy maneuverability. This eye-catching craft is efficiently detailed with full deck rigging and recessed deck fittings, and has three self-sealing rubber hatches (in addition to the forward and rear hatches, a separate small day hatch behind the cockpit offers convenient day storage).
